You need an account for cloud storage features. However, the Send File feature (fii.one/send) works without an account for instant device-to-device transfer.

fii.one supports all file types — images (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF), videos (MP4, MOV, WebM), audio (MP3, WAV, M4A), documents (PDF, DOCX), archives (ZIP, RAR), and more.

Free plan: 500MB per file. Pro plan: 5GB per file. We use multipart upload for large files so uploads are fast and resumable.

Yes. Use the select mode to check multiple files, then delete them all at once.

Your files remain accessible. If you exceed free plan limits, you won't be able to upload new files but existing ones stay.

Currently, deleted files are permanently removed. We recommend downloading backups of important files.

Click the share button on any file to generate a short link (fii.one/s/xxxxx). Share it anywhere — email, chat, social media.

Yes. When creating a share link, enable password protection. Recipients must enter the password to view/download.

Yes. Set an expiration date when sharing. After the date, the link stops working automatically.

Yes. Share links can be set to 'view only' mode where recipients can preview but cannot download.

Unlimited by default. You can track views and downloads in your dashboard.

Yes. Go to your file's share settings and delete the link. It will stop working immediately.

No. Shared links are anonymous — recipients only see the file, not your personal information.

Currently, sharing works on individual files. For multiple files, create a collection and share that.

Links are auto-generated with short tokens. Custom vanity URLs are planned for future updates.

Yes. WebRTC connections are encrypted. Files never pass through our servers — they go directly device-to-device.

We don't access user files unless required by law. Our infrastructure is designed to minimize human access.

Yes. We respect user privacy, allow data export, and honor deletion requests promptly.

No. We use signed URLs with expiration. Direct R2 URLs are never exposed — all access goes through our security layer.

We review reports and remove content that violates our terms. You'll be notified if action is taken.
